What are AI credits?
AI credits are used for AI features such as generating proposal content, scoring, and content suggestions. Each plan includes a monthly credit budget. Credits are pooled per workspace, not per user.
Can I buy extra AI credits?
Yes! You can buy credit top-ups at any time, starting at €9 for 50 credits. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months and are only used after your monthly credits run out.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access. You enter your payment details at checkout, but nothing is charged during the trial and you can cancel at any time before it ends.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you pay the difference pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do unused credits carry over?
Yes, monthly credits roll over for up to 1 month, with a cap of 1x your monthly allocation. This gives you a buffer without unlimited accumulation.
What happens when my credits run out?
AI features are not immediately disabled but reduced to a basic mode, slower processing and shorter output. You can always buy a top-up for full AI power.
Do you offer billing in EUR?
Yes, all prices are in euros. We bill through Stripe with support for iDEAL, credit card, and SEPA. VAT is calculated automatically.
What does "per user" mean for my bill?
Professional and Business are billed per active user. The team slider on the Professional card shows your real monthly total, so there are no surprises at checkout.
When am I charged?
After your 14-day trial you pay up front for the remainder of the current month (prorated). From then on, billing is on the 1st of each month, or the 1st of the renewal month for annual plans. Payment is always in advance.
