The AI scoring reads every section of your proposal and rates it on structure, clarity and persuasiveness, with concrete suggestions to improve the text. It is separate from the AI generator, which writes a first version based on a short brief. That means you can also have existing proposals scored before you send them.
As soon as a client opens the proposal, Proposal Expert records which sections are viewed, for how long, and whether the document is opened again. Those signals are summarised in an engagement score from 0 to 100, so you see at a glance which proposals are getting attention and which have gone quiet. The score is also visible on the free plan.
The free plan includes the editor, templates, brand kits, e-signatures, engagement tracking and a monthly allowance of AI credits.
