Connect to your CRM in minutes

Connect Proposal Expert to your CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Monday. Auto-populate proposals, sync status and speed up your pipeline.

A CRM integration connects your proposal tool to the system where you manage deals, so client details, amounts and status do not have to be entered twice. This overview contains every integration of Proposal Expert: HubSpot, Salesforce and Monday.com are live, Pipedrive is in development, and Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Teamleader and Exact are on the roadmap. Each integration has its own page covering fields, writeback and setup.

Choose the integration for the CRM your team uses every day. Pay attention to three things: which fields from the deal flow into the proposal automatically, what is written back when the proposal is viewed or signed, and whether the integration is native or runs through a middle layer. Native integrations are more reliable at higher volumes. All live integrations are available on the free plan.

Which CRM integrations are available right now?

HubSpot, Salesforce and Monday.com are live and work with two-way sync: deal data fills the proposal, and status and amounts are written back to the deal. Pipedrive is in development. Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Teamleader and Exact are on the roadmap. If your CRM is missing, let us know through the contact page, because we set the order based on demand.

What is written back to my CRM?

On every status change, Proposal Expert writes the new status of the proposal back to the deal, for example sent, viewed, signed or declined. Optionally the amount goes along too, so your pipeline value stays accurate. Writeback is off by default and you enable it per workspace, so you decide which fields in the CRM are updated.

How long does it take to connect a CRM?

Setting up an integration takes a few minutes. You sign in to your CRM through OAuth, pick the workspace and confirm which fields you want to synchronise. No implementation partner or technical knowledge is needed. After that you can start a proposal from any deal, with client name, contact person and amount filled in automatically and the status flowing back as soon as the client responds.
