A branded web view for clients, no login, no PDF hassle
A shared proposal viewer is a web page where your client reads a proposal without an account, without a download and without a PDF attachment. In Proposal Expert you share a unique link, the client opens it in the browser on any device and sees the proposal in your branding. In the same view they can leave comments on a section, ask questions, accept the proposal and sign it electronically. Meanwhile the viewer records opens, reading time per section and return visits, so you know what happens to your proposal.
When your proposal is ready, you click share and choose the recipients. Each recipient gets their own link by email, or you copy the link and send it yourself via WhatsApp or LinkedIn. The client opens the page without logging in, scrolls through the sections, and can leave a comment on any section that you see in your inbox. On agreement they click accept and go through the signature step. You see every opening and every reaction live.
No more version confusion from PDFs floating around in different mailboxes: there is one link and it always shows the current version. Questions from the client arrive as a comment on the right section instead of in a separate email, which shortens the back and forth.
