Teamleader integration for teams focused on the Netherlands and Belgium
The Teamleader integration for Proposal Expert will link deals, companies and contacts in Teamleader Focus to your proposals. It is in development and not yet available. You will use it when your Dutch or Belgian agency runs client management and invoicing in Teamleader and wants to create a proposal from a deal, with company, contact, amount and products already filled in. Proposal Expert will then write the proposal status and value back to the deal and its phase. Until then, use the CSV import or the API.
The integration will read the deal (title, value, phase, expected closing date), the company and the contacts. Products from your Teamleader catalogue will become pricing rows in the proposal, including the VAT rate. Back to Teamleader go the proposal status and the signed amount, with a deal phase per status that you choose. Authentication runs through the OAuth 2.0 flow of Teamleader. Custom fields on deals and companies will use the same field mapping as the HubSpot integration.
When the integration goes live, you will connect Teamleader from Settings > Integrations, approve the access and map the fields. You can start today: export deals and contacts from Teamleader as CSV and import them into Proposal Expert, or create proposals through the Proposal Expert API. Sign up for early access on the contact page and we will tell you as soon as the integration can be tested. We will only announce a release date once it is fixed.
An agency of twelve people tracks deals in Teamleader and writes proposals in a separate document. After signature a project manager marks the deal as won and copies the quote into invoicing. With the integration the proposal starts from the deal, company details and products are already correct, and signature marks the deal as won automatically. The account manager sees which sections the client read before calling. Until release, the CSV import already saves the drafting time.
